Great win over Air Force, now on to SDSU

Observations:
- Rebels controlled tempo, especially in the second half (really from the 2nd part of the first half on)
- Fantastic shooting 50% field goal and 55% from three (11 - 20)
- 20 point performances from Willis and Stanback
- Block Party!! 8 blocks in total, 5 from Q-Thomas
- Derek Jasper had an alley-oop! It was that kind of night

Always room for improvement:
- Free-throw shooting from everyone not named Willis poor
- Anthony Marshall 0 pts (but +7 assists and only 1 turnover) - unusual
- Too many offense rebounds given to Air Force (10 Off rebounds)
- Defensive focus lacked when offensive production flowing

Oddities and outside stuff:
- Before the game Air Force announces they will participate in a tournament, I believe called Collegeinsight.com and agree to host a first round game (talk about lack of confidence in ability to win the MWC tournament, they could have waited a few hours to announce this)
- Not as many stickers and decals on the court this year - a good thing seeing how they lead to needless slips and injuries every year
- Tre'Von Willis player bio shown at 16:00 first half has wrong photo, I didn't get a good enough look but I think it was Oscar Bellfield's photo - correct me if I am wrong
- Game is poorly attended, not surprising because its usually poorly attended and the MWC doesn't make getting a ticket easy or cheap. If you think the estimated 12,000 is small, trying going to the NIT games we've been in, you can hear people's cell phone conversations from across the court.

GO REBELS, BEAT SDSU!
